2012-2013 Open Doors Data Shows Growth in Study Abroad, But Not Enough

Today the International Institute of Education released new Open Doors® data, including the number U.S. students who studied abroad during 2012-2013. Though more students are making study-abroad part of their college experience every year, we still have a long way to go. Less than 10 percent of all U.S. undergraduates are benefitting from these critical international experiences.
